Ed and Trevor’s first ever play, Good To Firm, makes its long-awaited return to the stage in September as part of the Customs House’s 15th anniversary celebrations.
The play, which runs from Wednesday September 8 until Saturday September 11th, stars original cast members Ray Spencer and Angela Szalay as Bob and Shirley Fletcher, whose life is turned upside down by the arrival of Bob’s first love Phillipa during Grand National weekend.
The play is the first in a trilogy which will all feature at the South Shields venue in the next three months. The second play in the trilogy, Raising The Stakes returns for only its second-ever production from October 6-9th and a brand new play Photo Finish will complete the story when it premieres at the same venue from October 28th to November 6th.
