Our screenplay The Liquidator has won the Best Comedy Screenplay award at the Gotham Screen International Film Festival in New York.
The screenplay is a black comedy about a hitman who eliminates leading figures in the financial world in revenge for his wife’s suicide and was also shortlisted for the Best Screenplay award and given a staged reading at the Propaganda Loft in New York.
The idea for the film won Northern Film and Media’s £5000 Script Bursary prize in 2007.
